You can find an excellent answer here by Heiko Oberdiek.

comment How to draw graphs in LaTeX?
If you use other programs to generate your graphs (e.g. Veusz), you can also easily convert the svg output into an editable LaTeX graph, as there's an extension for Inkscape to save as tikz. Yetish Joshi wrote a guest post on our blog explaining the steps to do this -- if this is what you were thinking with your question then you can find more info here. Hope this helps (this didn't feel like a full answer so I posted it as a comment).

That looks really impressive with such a small amount of code. I've loaded it up in writeLaTeX if anyone wants to try adding to the example: writelatex.com/227022gsflbv

PS: I saved this version of the answer in the writeLaTeX document - it can always be restored by going to the "history" menu in the writeLaTeX editor and restoring the "Answer to TeX SX question" version.

comment Help for one simple diagram about genetic algorithmic
@projetmbc See updated code & final screenshot in the answer - by including the \usetikzlibrary{positioning} package you can specify lengths to the above and below commands. I used above=2cm and below=2cm to achieve the look in the screenshot; you can adjust as desired. Hope this helps!

comment Help for one simple diagram about genetic algorithmic
@projetmbc Thanks for the extra comments - and I see that someone has already made most of the changes you asked for (thanks). To adjust the vertical space between nodes you can pass a length to the above & below commands, such as below=1cm. This should hopefully let you tailor the spacing to your preference.

Online latex editors are a good option - writelatex.com is one that already works well on the iPad and other tablets. [Note: I'm a developer at writeLaTeX, so also probably a bit biased! :-) ]

You can use the online LaTeX editor writeLaTeX to easily add photos to a LaTeX document: capturing a photo is an option on the upload file menu when writeLaTeX is used on an iPad.

I agree with this answer - I've worked in mathematics and physics for a long time, and the standard spacing is the norm. You might also like to read the comments on a similar question here

comment How can you use LaTeX to write a document with other people?
I just wanted to add to this answer that the todonotes package works with writeLaTeX, if you want to use it to write a LaTeX document with other users based in different locations. Hope this helps, John.
