comment Сorporate university standard for the use of latex for the preparation of bachelor's or master's final work
I think 'expected' might be intended to mean 'envisaged' here. Nevertheless, I agree that this is off-topic.

comment Using \mathtt{A} and the Package \usepackage{MnSymbol}
Unrelated to the problem, but there's no need to load amsmath or amssymb twice.

comment eps plot missing axis and legend annotation using TeXShop
I can't see anything wrong with the eps file. Are you using pdflatex or latex -> dvips -> ps2pdf? In the former case, you could try \pdfinclusioncopyfonts=1 (see this question).

This almost certainly has nothing to do with TeXShop. Can you make the eps file available for download and add a link here? Then I might be able to help you.

comment Measuring Length cause wrong equations alignment
If we can paste your code into an editor, compile it and see the same problem, then someone here can probably help you. If you just post snippets, so that we have to guess what other code is needed, then you are less likely to get help. See this question for more information.

comment Measuring Length cause wrong equations alignment
@MohamedSayed --- You don't need to share your class file, just delete irrelevant material to reduce it down to a short code that reproduces the problem. There are some real experts on this site, but none of them is psychic, as far as I know. Without sufficient information, there is a risk that your question will be closed.

... take a look at the endfloat package if you want to move figures to the end of your document.

comment \begin{figure}[c] TeXstudio Change in v2.10.2 Compared With v2.9.4
@SmileySam --- [b] does mean bottom of page. However, the figure queue can become jammed (e.g. if a figure needs a page to itself but you prevent this using [b]) then the figures will be held until the end of the document.

@SmileySam --- I can't find any mention of a [c] option on that page.
