comment How to convert a scientific manuscript from LateX to Word using Pandoc?
@Kurt: I have the exactly same problem as Fred. I always write my papers in LaTeX because it handles the organziation of the structure and all figure and literature references,.. so exceptionally well! Also, the reviewer in the end does not to have be bothered with all those arising problems when you submit a paper that is written in Word or other text editors, e.g. cross-checking references. Hands down: LaTeX wins, always.

comment Does TeXShop for Mac have key bindings?
Excellent last question. I don't need key bindings to auto-complete environments/commands when writing. Mostly I write a text section first and then I want to format it. So it would be nice to have the text section selected and then do something like right-click and choose from a menu of formatting commands / environments, URL linking etc.

comment Luaotfload: version mismatch
yes because it worked fine before the TexLive Update. it's still the same font, only that they are suddenly in bold, plus the the small caps are not available. Also everything compiles fine under XeLaTeX.

@AndrewSwann, this made the rebuild go away, but I get several warnings: LaTeX Font Warning: Font shape EU2/AdobeCaslonPro(0)/bx/n' undefined (Font) using EU2/AdobeCaslonPro(0)/m/n' instead on input line 114.` and so on, and the fonts get substituted by other typefaces..

ok, thanks! actually, I just could have defined two commands instead of one. your first version for lists and the old version for normal text...

This doesn't work because I use the same commands with normal text environment (i.e. without lists) and then the second paragraph of the text overlaps with the first paragraph, e.g. \Description{\MarginText{Papers} Just Text without any lists. \And the second paragraph.}

Exactly the same problem here, but could you elaborate how and where to you changed your PATH? (I'm not a bash-type-of-TeXist..) Thanks!
