comment What is a justification for TexStudio dependency on TexLive on a RPM-based Linux system?
Don't know about RPM distros, but some distros (e.g. Arch) have dummy packages (few kilobytes) to be used by users that prefer to install Tex Live on their own and need just to satisfy the package manager dependencies. You should check if your distro has such a package (or write it yourself).

This question reminded me that, sadly, I have never had an occasion to say any LaTeX related word except "LaTeX" :(

it works if you pass the option through the theme declaration: \def\swidth{2.2cm}\usetheme[width=\swidth]{Hannover}

comment Footnote in tabular environment
@jasikevicius23, I'd leave that to the footnote package documentation. However please feel free to edit the answer if you think it can be improved in any way.

comment Will TeXLive 2014 be 64 bit?
@ChristianHupfer I believe the same difference there is between a 32 and a 64 version of a specific software: the 64 bit version is optimized for using 64 bit CPU instructions, can use more RAM, can allocate more RAM to a single process, etc. This is a guess, I have no knowledge about the inner working of TeX Live binaries.

Does this question only apply to windows users? I have different binaries for 32 and 64 bit machines on Linux

comment Strange behaviour writing accents in texmaker
do you have ibus-qt installed? On my distro (Arch) it says it's needed for supporting accented characters.

comment tcolorbox spacing with \center environment and \centering switch
I mean the part where it says that center adds a \trivlist. See the definition of \center: \def\center{\trivlist \centering\item\relax} and \def\endcenter{\endtrivlist}
