use the version from texnik.dante.de/tex/generic/pst-plot

"Does not compile" is not a useful error description. I have no problem with xelatex

There is no environment forest in the above example! If you want to use that package then load it.

Ok, then do not choose plotpoints=2. It is obvious that you do get a linear curve with only two points.

comment tabularx: underfull \hbox (badness 10000) in alignment
That is no problem. There are internal rounding errors. Try ... >{\hsize=1.45\hsize}X|X|>{\hsize=1.65\hsize}X|} \hline and it should go. I used a short X for \hsize=1\hsize

comment Problem with encoding
The problem is your editor, it uses a different encoding.

comment Problem with encoding
It looks like that you saved the file in the meantime with a wrong encoding. You can try to change your editors encoding. If it doesn't help then I suppose your file is damaged. However, you should switch completely to utf8 instead of latin1

comment What causes my tangent and normal lines not to be visually perpendicular?
Try texnik.dante.de/tex/generic/pst-plot.tex, it knows axespos=bottom|top. b is the default

I am using OpenSUSE with that directory. However, run biber --tool-config and it shows the directory

delete the temporary files of the old biber program. For Linux you'll find the files under /tmp/par-<hexnumber>

Did you run xelatex or latex? And what system are you running?

\begin{psgraph}[...]{->}(0,0)(x,y)(x,y){\dimexpr\Width-\urx+\llx}{!} is easier

That doesn't matter. You have different units if height and width are different. That's all.

@FabianTamp: for the first (column in the first) line use \multicolumn{1}{r}{stuff} and it should not be numbered.

comment Can't get kerkis work properly
Xelatex is pure UTF8 it cannot really have problems with encodings.
