Jan 24 comment Number math problems @EthanBolker so the homework assignment is do problems: 4.3, 4.4, 5.2, 6.1. WHAT the numbers mean is unimportant, but if you must know the first number is the section number and the number after the decimal is the problem number in the section. Mar 28 comment Aligning parts of equations Okay this worked, thanks a lot ! Mar 28 comment Aligning parts of equations @cryptic0 do I have to wrap $$...$$ around every single line? Because I just posted 3 lines of equations, it's actually much more than that Mar 28 comment Align a wall of equations Okay nvm, I fixed it now! I just had an empty space after \begin{align} and the first equation, texstudio didn't like that. Mar 28 comment Align a wall of equations okay now I have: \begin{align} Using this formula $C_{in} = \frac{C_{out}g_i}{\hat{f}}$: C_{in-nand3} & = \frac{5.493 * 1.21739}{3.3098} = 2.02 \rightarrow \frac{2.02}{2.75} = .735 \ C_{in-nand2} & = \frac{(2.02 + 12.97) * 1.21739}{3.3098} = 5.514 \rightarrow \frac{5.514}{2.75} = 2.005 \ C_{in-nand1} & = \frac{5.514 * 1.21739}{3.3098} = 2.0279 \rightarrow \frac{2.0279}{2.75} = .7374 \end{align} but that gives me these errors i.stack.imgur.com/WWPSE.jpg Mar 28 comment Text inside Math @Mico ah that's it, thanks! Feb 13 comment TeXstudio Compile: Error: Could not start the command: pdflatex.exe @UmarKalim again, on windows there is no quick build option Feb 13 comment TeXstudio Compile: Error: Could not start the command: pdflatex.exe still don't see a quick build, i.stack.imgur.com/WZtFc.png Feb 13 comment TeXstudio Compile: Error: Could not start the command: pdflatex.exe where is this quick build? This is what I see i.stack.imgur.com/rHtbU.png Feb 13 comment TeXstudio Compile: Error: Could not start the command: pdflatex.exe @Qrrbrbirlbel i'm super new to latex so "compile the file from the shell" makes no sense to me. What exactly should I do? Jan 30 comment Centering Math Formulas @user1146332 wow thanks, such an easy fix.
