@minthao_2011 Sorry for the late reply. Simply change the definition to \renewcommand\cftchappresnum{Chap.~} if you want the dot before the number or add \renewcommand\cftchapaftersnum{.} if you want it after the number.

@egreg It's handy to have separate commands for different sectioning commands, as it was handy to have \othersectionlevelsformat for all of them. Waiting for a feature request by Johannes_B, if you want to use \othersectionlevelsformat you have to \relax all others commands (e.g. \renewcommand*{\sectionformat}{\relax}) or use KOMA classes in compatibility mode...

@Joe Surely it didn't work because pythontex in your command line is pythontex.py and not pythontex.exe. See if the edited code works.
