comment all citations are missing in latexdiff
This is how i did the workaround, i put the .bbl generated of the new.tex at the end of the difflatex.tex and commented the line redering to the .bib file. At least i have a correct output this way

comment How to wrap the 90 degrees rotated text in a table cell
thanks for the nice answer. If I wanna override the newcommand{\spheading}[2][10em]{% \spheading[<width>]{<stuff>} \rotatebox{90}{\parbox{#1}{\raggedright #2}}} inline in the table cell, how am I gonna do that? i.e. change the width

Thanks @David for your suggestion on explicit passing of the length

comment Force latex to put a figure and a table in the same page
Your answer worked for me @Mico and thanks for that. My concern was that this \clearpage is not working at all in any places inside minipage. That was all I was asking! I suspect these two are compatible at all.

I see your point, the problem is apparently \clearpage doesn't work here anywhere in this code statement

Nice answer, however, it does violate the bottom border of the journal and interesting bundled another figure (the next page figure[t]) with these two. So all three on the same page now

comment Forcing ACMsmall to expand subfloat to whole page
thanks!! another thing: if my figures are not having the same size, could u hint me of a workaround to supersede its own size and make all 6 subfigs the same size?

Yes. But i wanted to have a full dynamic control of the page. Now in this case by fixing \setkeys{Gin}{height=5.8cm} I am ok, but for another latex template you need to change it again, cuz down bottom at footer, you have the journal name title.
