@G.M. Help > Customization > 5.4 Tags for XHTML output is the only section where custom insets are mentioned, is this right part of the manual?

@G.M. can you link the customization manual in your answer? I cannot find it with a search, some here?

comment Tikz pictures inside Tikz pictures: typesetting failing in lattice subgraph with edges
Is there a command in tikz to check whether the vertices in the graphs are adjacent like the subgraphs of the lattice above? I moved this question here, I feel you probably know how to do this.

So instead of left/above/right commands, it is best to use polar coordinates for arbitrary number of nodes? Good choice +1!

@OlgaK no, it was an example about a lattice where order by the subgraph inclusion. Now the question can be related to lattice like that but with four nodes: not just 2 or 3 above one node.

@OlgaK what is matrix of nodes? I am creating a lattice like here where the root is connected to four nodes above it. Because each graph is a subgraph to the root and not each other, lattice where a root superceded by many nodes (not just by two).

Can you elaborate on the \drawdots command in the first method? Consider \path (#1.center) ++(90:0.7cm) node [dotnode] (#1-top) {}: draw path from the center to new node where ++ means to add new node? (90:0.7cm) means 90 degrees while 0.7cm is? Dotnode is?

@moewe what is texmf folder? The Lyx file resides in the same folder as the bib file, is this enough?
