comment ConTeXt with LuaTeX to compile mathml
Which version of ConTeXt are you using (see output of context --version)? The above example works fine for me (with ConTeXt MkIV 2014.04.24).

BTW, you code also works perfectly with ConTeXt (after a minor change in the .sty file). Perfect.

comment Poisson disc sampling implemented in luatex
Very nice! A small suggestion. You can make all the lua functions local except poisson_points_list and perhaps generate_poisson. This will prevent polluting the global name space (an important consideration once Luatex packages become popular).

If I remember correctly, Trees, Maps, and Theorems does not use any hyphenation either.

@LaTeXKhan, as I said, this is a context solution, not a latex one. This is the full code.

Look at xspace package. Also see the TeX-FAQ: tex.ac.uk/cgi-bin/texfaq2html?label=xspace

comment ERROR After Updated Modules at ConTeXt?
@HirWanto: there has been a change in the internal macro due to which simpleslide does not load. This should be fixed soon.

comment Why are LaTeX macros so inconsistent?
I would go as far as to say that if you care about purity that much to write a document in the first style, then go all the way and use XML as an input format. That has an additional advantage that you can easily verify that the input conforms to a schema

comment context tex poster template
The way I see it, creating a poster is as simple as setting the paper size and font size, and then typesetting the content in columns. Another option is to use layers for absolute positioning of content. Is there any particular feature of the LaTeX packages that you cannot translate to ConTeXt?

comment Vertically aligned table in plainTeX / LaTeX / Context etc
@wipet: Yes, ConTeXt uses a too pass mechanism. The first pass to determine the maximum width of each cell, and the second pass to do the actual typesetting. Similar approach is also taken by LaTeX when typesetting aligned equations (align, falign, etc.)
