What do these OpenType Font Math Table terms mean? LuaTeX uses \Umathunderdelimitervgap = StretchStackGapAboveMin and \Umathunderdelimiterbgap = StretchStackBottomShiftDown (see mlist.w, lines 370–388). Since I don't have the source code of MS Word, I don't know whether that matches the intended meaning. |

Using \jot crashes \intertext’s spacing no, report it to the maintainer of mathtools so it can be fixed there. amsmath is frozen, and fixing the bug there would break a lot of existing documents. |

Which LaTeX to install on Linux? Often the TeX Live that comes with the distro is good enough unless you really need to live on the cutting edge. |

KOMA handling of even/odd pages This behavior is expected and correct, and it is shared by all document classes (at least in two-page mode). |

Is there an debian/ubuntu package containing mdframed.sty? @Martin: Ubuntu 11.04 doesn't include tlmgr (and it never will since that would contradict the idea of a system-wide package manager). Unfortunately Ubuntu 11.04 still includes TeX Live 2009. |
