Useful notes for some of my answers:

CTAN lion drawing by Duane Bibby.

The demo option for graphicx simply replaces actual figures with black rectangles; do not use that option in your actual document.

If you want a framed title, I would suggest you to use the titlesec package. Let me provide an answer with both options.

Are you sure you want to use the Glenn style? In my opinion, long titles look specially ugly (not that short ones are pretty).

@user29570 what exactly do you mean with a title? Do you mean a caption as in "Figure 2: a representation of..."? If this is so, the wrap the entire tikzpicture inside a figure environment and use the standard \caption command. If you don't know how to do that, or if you meant other kind of title, let me know to help you.

@user28552 use some "real" contents for the second argument of \hyperlink.

Perhaps you could add that explanation to your question, so your intent would be clear from the beginning.

comment How to increase the vertical space between two “touching” tables?
The idea is to keep both tables together but just increase their vertical separation? If this is so, use only one table environment and add \vspace{<length>} between the two threeparttables.

comment Centering a subcaption
@cmhughes since the subfigures occupy all the available width of their corresponding subfigure environment, \centering won't have any effect. Besides, \centering doesn't affect the caption which is the problem here.

comment Enumerate environments within theorems
@PauloHenrique as I said, since your labels are wide, you need a bigger value.

@PauloHenrique What value did you use for leftmargin? Since the labels are wide, you need a rather big value.
