Unicode-math undefined control sequence @Andrew: /usr/share/texmf-texlive/tex/xelatex/fontspec/fontspec.sty (this is on Ubuntu). Actually - I think I realise my problem I have been putting the newer version is /tex/latex instead of /tex/xelatex/ |

Missing style file (previously worked) And just to add one more comment - I just installed the texlive-pictures package, which has xy-pic in it, and let it do all the hard work for me - solved! |

Cleveref with counters with same name thanks, I agree it works with what you have posted! Two strange things - (1) I have amsthm package loaded already and (2) I need to use \crefname, whereas it doesn't require you to? (I have split the file across multiple documents with \input{foo1.tex} if that makes a difference) |
