How can I draw a vector field (quiver plot) on a surface in 3D? Wow, this looks impressive, but wouldn't it be easier to use maybe Mathematica or similar software to generate an image and then export it as .eps or whatever format you need? Because this looks kinda daunting... |

Beamer error with columns Ok, I figured out my problem. I mustn't compile with dvipdfm, I need to compile via dvips and then ps2pdf, now it works. Thanks again :) |

Theorem without numbering @ Niel de Beaudrap: After a bit of searching (like few min after I posted this) I found that I can very easily manipulate with much more than just dot or no dot in the theorem environment :D So the problem is solved :D |

Theorem without numbering I have a question, and I didn't want to open another topic of the same type. I have defined, like here the definition, but when I use it I have a dot afterwards. Like: Definition. Bla bla bla... How to get rid of that dot? |
