comment Make output pdf consistently viewable on other systems
This question is too broad and not really related to TeX. The (dis-)advantages of the PDF format have been discussed for years, there are many standards. To produce a PDF/X use the pdfx-package.

comment Myriad Pro Condensed undefined
If tex.stackexchange.com/users/2388/ulrike-fischer knew about this thread, I'm sure she had an idea, how to access the condensed fonts. I had a look into the map file and the condensed fonts are mapped there. Maybe all what is missing are some lines in the MyriadPro.sty or a new MyriadProCond.sty file. However mailing to the maintainer of FontPro is a good idea.

comment how to make (TeX-command-run-all) save automatically without asking?
OK, »my« solution works with all Emacs buffers, while this here is AUCTeX specific.

comment how to make (TeX-command-run-all) save automatically without asking?
Is this a trap? If Emacs does not ask, the users will not save the file and TeX will run on the saved, old version?

comment Setup: Versions of a draft and git
The question is not off-topic, but unspecific: you are asking, what to do with git. If you can not answer this question, how should we? Go ahead, write your draft!

comment My LateX doesnt work anymore
You won't get far without learning some basics about LaTeX. You don't need to install MiKTeX and texlive. The package hyperref is somewhat special. According to the error message, you probably forgot to load it. Please, read a beginners guide to LaTeX. You will save lots of time by following this advice. Good luck!

comment LaTeX to Word Conversion: “Normal” Style
Why on earth don't you use tex4ht to produce the word doc directly? Or try the tex2word converter from here: chikrii.com ! The detour with PDF will make things more complicated.

comment Prevent scaling of printout of PDF without using hyperref
@Marco Ask a separate question here and provide a minimal working example. By the way, I put the command \pdfcatalog... always before the document class.
