comment Title of the papers are not shown in the reference list
Thanks egreg for your answer. Actually, my referees asked me to add the title to my references. Do you have any idea how I can fix the problem? Do I have to change the file rmp2.bst?

I found a copy of rmp2.bst in the package. You can find a copy of the file here: math.ualberta.ca/~mroberts/resources/thesis/rmp2.bst

@egreg: I cannot find any \bibliographystyle command in the file, but have a look at my update.

comment High level macros and environments based on Tikz
Well, I'm not sure about it. I put the beamer label since the question is closely related to presentation slides.

comment Converting numbers to scientific notations
Thanks Boris, I just defined a macro like this \newcommand{\sn}[1]{\num[round-precision=2,round-mode=figures,scientific-notati‌on=true]{#1}} since I want to make the numbers consistent throughout the document.

@HarishKumar: Thanks Harish. I've already done the trim and it really helps. Even after trimming, there is a small space that can be omitted by negative hspace values like \hspace{-2mm}.

comment Command for paragraph indentation after equations
Thanks lockstep. It's great. The only problem with it is that I can't get it working in environments like eqnarray!

Thanks "You". I know the meaning of a blank line but I want to overwrite the default meaning in this case.
