Paulo Cereda titled me : By the power vested in by the big parrot, I hereby grant you the title of Cardinal Daniel, Camerlengo of the Holy Bird.

Now I am Cardinal Daniel, Camerlengo of the Holy Bird

I am a German engineer, PMP® and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt®.

I am the author of the packages mdframed, fullwidth, biblatex-nejm and biblatex-trad. All packages are available via your favorite LaTeX distribution. Please note that the development branches are located at github. If you find a bug you can write a new issue there.

Next to the packages above Paulo Cereda, Brent Longborough and I are working on the cool TeX compilation tool arara.

comment Custom .sty warning on specific command
It can't be a well defined package if it breaks with a native command of LaTeX. I think you should provide more information so that we can help you to improve the package. I know it's not a good idea, however you can redefine the certain command like \def\foobar{\PackageWarning

comment using fncychap with tufte-book class?
The class memoir provides a lot of interfaces for styling the chapter. I think you can avoid fncychap and use the internals. See e.g. texblog.org/tag/titlesec
