comment Improvements on table of contents in classicthesis
@Pouya, classicthesis redefines \chapter in a way that if sets the toc entry (\chapter's optional argument) in \spacedlowsmallcaps, which, among other (typographically beautiful) things, issues \MakeTextLowercase. Try to redefine it to \renewcommand\Chap[2][]{\oldchap[#1]{#2}}

comment Improvements on table of contents in classicthesis
I think classicthesis relies on tocloft for typesetting the table of contents. Perhaps you can customize it. Try to change \cftchapfont, etc. (I really can't try it right now)

comment how can i make the marginpar note have a number like footnote command does
It does not answer the question, but I thought worth mentioning: check the side option of the footmisc package (but it turns all footnotes into marginpars)

comment Biblatex: How to add comment to autocite?
An alternative would be \autocites(see also his earlier work)[347-348]{RobertAdams1991}: multicite commands allow a different notation for "global" pre and post-notes (i.e., notes printed before and after the whole citation command), via \autocites(<multiprenote>)(<multipostnote>)[<prenote 1>][<postnote 1>]{<entry 1>}[<prenote n>][<postnote n>]{<entry n>}. See § 3.7.3 of the documentation

comment Heights of elements and spaces (after, before)
Hi @novice, and Welcome again to TeX.SX! We really pride ourselves of our friendliness here and I'm sure I speak for all of us, we're very sorry if you felt unwelcomed. (BTW, I'm the one who flagged your first post, for the reason pointed out by Tobjørn T. in a comment to your post on Grid System in LaTeX). I'd suggest you to follow jon's advice in your closed question and to give ConTeXt a try (take a look at some of the highest voted questions with the {context} flag).

comment How to align lines on facing pages?
Welcome to TeX.SX! Grid-typesetting is very difficult in latex. Check the grid and gridset packages. See also this very similar question.

comment How export LaTeX to OpenDocument format with Biblatex references
sometimes it's just better to htlatex (or mk4ht htlatex) the source and then open the html file in libreoffice and save it as odt (what can be done in command line, via libreoffice --headless --convert-to odt)

perhaps processing it like a csv database? If so, check the docsvlist and forcsvlist commands from the etoolbox package (see also this answer)

comment Convert a novel typed in Word (just dialogue text,no math) to LaTeX
@ChrisH, pandoc can't handle docx as input, but it handles "markdown and (subsets of) Textile, reStructuredText, HTML, LaTeX, MediaWiki markup, Haddock markup, OPML, and DocBook". It can only handle docx as output.

comment Convert a novel typed in Word (just dialogue text,no math) to LaTeX
The link is down, once again, now due to a robots.txt file (which makes the previous versions saved in waybach machine inaccessible and which is so, so sad.)

We have plenty of other questions regarding drawing in TeX (mostly via Tikz/PGF). For a set of references for beginners in Tikz, see e.g. Materials for learning Tikz.
