comment How do I ignore lines to points with y=0 using pst-plot and a logarithmic y-scale?
@Herbert. Thanks again for your input. Since it does not seem trivial, I should probably let this question open until someone finds the time to implement it? Modifying the data list is what I am doing now. However, simply deleting the problematic points does not give the desired result (the line is not disconnected then).

Thank you for your comment. I tried it but epstool threw an error Error: /rangecheck in --log--. Unfortunately I cannot decipher what the line is doing so I am not able to try and modify it myself.

What do you mean by mathematical operator '<0.1'? Also, if your vector in Matlab is a=[0.2, 0.01, 0.8], what do you want to print in the LaTeX table? 0.2 & {\color{blue} 0.01} & 0.8 or something else?

Thanks! Is it possible to limit the range of \raggedbottom option to a particular page, such that LaTeX only assumes a different height for the page with the above equation?

Yes you are correct: the problem was caused by a big unbreakable block on the next page. I also didn't know about the \raggedbottom option. Thanks!
