It gave an error for my case: Line 18: Undefined control sequence: <argument> ...e c@section\endcsname }{\@fc@ordstr : \ordinal{section}. I am using Miktex on Windows and generating via pdflatex. I saved the file with the name you gave and trying to compile the second file.
