comment Why is “width=\textwidth” setting not properly scaling graphic?
Is the image metadata (i.e., resolution) wrong and that is what is causing problems in TeXLive 2014 or is it a problem with TL 2014?

@UlrikeFischer There is no other figure called PoolofBethesda-CarlBloch. You can download my log file from here: dropbox.com/s/z9fz1q2qydq9oo7/Witnesses.log It is for the complete compilation, not just the figure I showed.

comment Make specific author bold using biblatex without consistent author formatting
@Audrey I was able to get all my names highlighted. I looked in the bbl file as you suggested and found the possible combinations. It took me awhile to figure out what they need to be, but I got it done. Thanks for your help. Now how can I choose an answer to this question?

@Audrey I tried doing that, but couldn't get any of my names to be highlighted. Of course there are any number of combinations that are possible; I may not have found all of them.

@Audrey I tried that, but then my name isn't highlighted.

@Audrey That caveat appears to apply only to the second approach. However, I was (am) using the first approach and still only get first initials.

@cfr I prefer to use my full name whenever possible so I don't like it when biblatex changes everything to initials. Unfortunately that means my name is used inconsistently depending on the preference of the first author.
