What do you mean with reformat? DO you mean keywords in bold? Maybe it is enough if you define the language (which one?) and redefine keywordstyle.

Just start LaTeX. I had problems, when my picture was on another drive then my document. If both are on the same drive, I had no problem. By the way: It tested in meantime, with TeXlive 2014 I have no problems with paths like C:/...

I had problems in the past with absolute paths with changing volumes. Can you change C:/Users/Standard/Desktop/UNI/ to /Users/Standard/Desktop/UNI/ - and start the compilation in drive C:?

How do you think TeX could recognize which language a text is? and inside this text to detect foreign words? For combinations of greek/latin writing (and e.g. arabic...) it may be possible (You could ask a new question for this). if \foreignlanguage{english}{...} is to long, you mey define a short version like newcommand{\grk}[1]{\foreignlanguage{greek}{#1}}.

Did you check you used really the same font? And not a derived font (see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_Modern#Derived_versions)
