comment Drawing right ascension and declination on the celestial sphere
@Alenanno I want the arrows to be right on the sphere surface covering the black lines.

This example will help me create a sketch of the celestial sphere - very nice.

comment Automatic labels for shortenumerate items from the shortlst package
I know that I can do this, but it is annoying to do it manually especially if you change the order of items. That's why I was looking for an automated way.

Fair enough - and pretty nice to get the solution from the package author himself :)

I do understand the solution but I was wondering why you would pick this approch over the one alwaysask has suggested? I guess you like it more solely relying on functions from the package itself and not using some workarounds.

My more complex source file made \makeatother and \makeatletter necessary to include your changes but it works like a charm!

The solution numbers are just slightly redundant as my problem sheets contain a couple of problems and the respective solutions right after the problem itself. That's why I am looking to hide those counters in the first place.

@egreg This should be a sketch and doesn't have to be an accurate plot - I guess my best solution is to pick a smaller range like (0.01, 0.2) s.t. I get a better result?
