comment Toggle visibility of solutions in LaTeX output for exams
+1. Shame I didn't notice it either - it works as expected!

This doesn't work for me - probably because I have an enumerate environment in there. I am getting the error File ended while scanning use of \@argdef [...] suspect you have forgotten a '}'.

comment ToC like list of definitions (using theorem environments)
This looks very good, however which options do I have to customize the output per line? You have in your example a list fo X.X Definition -- Name, how could get either Definition X.X -- Name or X.X -- Name in this list?

My environment is called definition and with renewenvironment the layout is screwed. Furthermore i have problems with the counter which in fact does not exist! Seems like i have to use \clearpage or \newpage...

But i do not understand how to fix this with my template. I have way too many theorem environments to fix them easily.

@Leo Liu: It will do it for now! Nonetheless, thank you.

For now, I trust you that it works - furthermore i have changed the highlighting box to \theorem(pre|post)work{(\bigskip\hrule|\hrule\bigskip)} and it's good enough. Hope you understand my notation :D

Seems that TeX Live lacks exactly this package. Any other solution?

I have decided to adapt @Seamus solution which is much easier. Still i have to check how to implement the optional title i mentioned! Thanks however!

comment Automatic subsection enumeration
This means, that i must insert for every new type of paragraph a \newtheorem{paraType}[theorem]{Para Type}, doesn't it? I will adapt this solution because it suits the most!

The versatile environment sounds good - let me see what you can offer :D (Keep in mind that have something like "x 1.1.1 (y)" where this y in brackets is optional!)

There is one more problem. Using theorem AND example in one sub gives them the same number! But i need incrementing number where it doesn't matter which typ of theorem we have!

Furthermore, i've inserted \textsf. Any way to give "some" defs etc. an extended title like in my example in my first post?

comment Automatic subsection enumeration
Due to the style of my script i want to use the paragraph instead of a whole environment (because the name of the definition, lemma, ... with its number is nicely written in bold text and not indented). Any short command for this one?

Does not work for me. Texlipse says No counter '' defined; undefined control sequence. My documentclass is \documentclass[twoside]{scrartcl}
