I'm a condensed matter physicist who, despite a decade's experience with LaTeX, still has an awful lot of TeXnical details to learn.

comment Asymmetrical tolerancing
An alternative to sfmath is the mathastext package -- which is still a bit of a hack but gives pretty good alignment when I tried it (to be specific I put \usepackage[scaled=0.92]{helvet}\renewcommand*\familydefault{\sfdefault}\usepac‌kage{mathastext})

comment How may i add a paper stucture?
To clarify: are you asking how to set a background image to get a paper texture effect? If so, the wallpaper (or perhaps background) package would be a better choice than atbegshi; see tex.stackexchange.com/q/837/6984.

If you're willing to get rid of section titles entirely, or at least mark the places you want them to appear, the addendum above might help?

comment Apply formatting to outermost parentheses
An addendum, since I've just learnt a useful trick: you can define \def\Outermost#{\bgroup\afterassignment\outermost\let\@next= }, and then the string containing parentheses behaves like an ordinary argument: \Outermost{First (ab(cd)e(fg(h)i)jk)l(m(n)op)}.
