comment KOMA-Script scrreprt: How to change chapter appearance and produce a chapter based Mini TOC
@Fiztban And for the chapter quote there exists a command \dictum. I used this in KOMA-Script (scrbook): onecolumn table of contents & minitoc in twocolumn document togehter with a minitoc.

comment KOMA-Script scrreprt: How to change chapter appearance and produce a chapter based Mini TOC
@MarcoDaniel: This answer does use report. With recent KOMA-Script version one will get a warning, when one uses titesec and titletoc. For the latter see also this comment: scrwfile removes partial Toc created with titletoc.

comment KOMA-Script scrreprt: How to change chapter appearance and produce a chapter based Mini TOC
@Fiztban You should generally ask separate questions in separate question postings. Here, questions 1 & 2 belong together in my opinion, and so could be asked together. Question 3 is probably asked in KOMA-Script (scrbook): onecolumn table of contents & minitoc in twocolumn document and scrwfile removes partial Toc created with titletoc. If not, make an edit and refer to them, what does not fit.

comment List of unicode symbols and TeX equivalents
Cite from Rebekah’s answer in How to look up a symbol or identify a math alphabet?: “If you are using the package unicode-math, then besides using any Unicode character list, the list of all supported symbols (texdoc unimath-symbols) is very useful as it also lists which symbols are available in the various fonts.” And read also Andrew Stacey’s answer.

comment Having trouble understanding error message
Consider switching to the new package scrlayer-scrpage. It is downwards compatible to scrpage2, but offers more features.

comment “Invalid Equation” on codecogs.com/latex/eqneditor.php but It's ok on stackedit.io
While MathJax uses LaTeX syntax, it uses Javascript and HTML's DOM model rather than TeX technology, making it mostly off topic for this site. You might try instead searching among the questions tagged with mathjax on StackOverflow, or in the official mathjax-users Google group.
