comment Create a notation summary in latex?
Devil's advocate here. I have made a manual table for notations on my thesis without relying on packages, even though I used glossaries for acronyms. This is because I found it just as easy if not easier to make a manual table for notation and symbols. Using say glossaries would require putting commands on first mention of every symbol I want, and which means it's all over the place. I will put an example answer later.

@ChristianHupfer Confusion matrix is used in binary machine learning classification problems / medical diagnosis and show frequencies of true positive, false positive, false negative and false positive cases and the subtotal tallies for a classifier or diagnosis method.

I think the minor ticks are missing because the error introduced by floating point means the distances 0 0.1 0.20001 are somewhat a little bit different, e.g. 0.1 and 0.100001

@TorbjørnT Thanks I can confirm explicitly setting xtick={0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9,1.0} (and for yticks) solved both problems. Sounds like a bug if 0,0.1,...,1 doesn't work

You can define a macro to handle the phantom automatically by defining it as: \pmb{\left[\vphantom{#1}\right.} #1 \pmb{\left.\vphantom{#1}\right]}

For official documents my opinion is you are much better asking a well reputed translation company to perform a certified translation, or simply ask the issuing university if they can produce one in English. For translation, one does not need to produce an exact like-for-like certificate with seals, but a certified letter from the translation company along with the original will be legal in most countries. Doing it yourself and attempt to produce a like-for-like certificate may not well be legal depending on the country involved.
