Want to be put the same footnotes on each page of a multipage table. Below is some code that provides an example. How can I get the footnotes that appear at the bottom of page 2 to appear at the bottom of page 1 as well? The idea is to avoid making the reader go to the bottom of the table to get this information when they are reading page 1.
