Biblatex footnotestyle with second name, brackets and the title

You can use the following definitions:

1. Declare the name format for citations:

   \DeclareNameAlias{labelname}{last-first}
   

2. Define a new cite-macro:

   \newbibmacro*{cite:footnote}{%
