I'm having this error message:

! Package xcolor Error: Undefined color model `blue'.

No threads on tex.stackexchange were able to be helpul to me.

I use a modified version of sharelatex.sty template. This is my code:

    Welcome to TeX.SX. A tip: If you indent lines by 4 spaces, then they're marked as a code sample. You can also highlight the code and click the "code" button ({}) or hit Ctrl+K. – Claudio Fiandrino Mar 6 '14 at 16:09

    Please help us to help you and add a [minimal working example (MWE)]. Your code is not minimal. – Martin Schröder Mar 6 '14 at 16:31
  • Hi Claudio. Yet I did the indent, but it concerned only the first line of the code. Or should i put a block of 4 spaces before every line of the code? Thanks. – cProg Mar 6 '14 at 16:32

border code=\color[blue]{0.4}\pgfsetlinewidth{20pt}\pgfstroke,%

I suppose you meant color model gray \color[gray]{0.4} or maybe \color{blue!40}

  • Herbert, thanks. The error is fixed. But I see that the result blue is not what I expect. In the code I have posted, the title color has been defined as follow: \definecolor{color1} {RGB}{20,66,129} %%% title and subsection color Is it possible to use that blue (129) in the code you have provided? – cProg Mar 6 '14 at 16:27

    Herbert why is there a syntax difference between the use of gray color and others? – cProg Mar 6 '14 at 16:30
  • \color{color1} – user2478 Mar 6 '14 at 16:32
  • you should accept an answer if it solved your problem.Otherwise it will be counted as "unanswered" – user2478 Mar 12 '14 at 6:48
