Custom titlepage

Question

I'm trying to achieve that layout for this title page : and I'm a bit lost where to start. The layout is pretty straight forward but how to write in LaTeX is cumbersome to me. On the picture only position and colors matters.

Give me hints to do it, I really would like to do it myself. I'm trying to build a class if it can interfere with the syntax.

textpos package allows one to position elements on a page. The size of the page can be defined with the geometry package. See the LaTeX font catalogue for your preferred font.
