It's simple with blkarray:

\documentclass[12pt]{report}
\usepackage{blkarray}
\usepackage{amsmath}
\renewcommand{\arraystretch}{1.4}
\begin{document}
\[
\begin{blockarray}{rrccc}

\begin{block}{rr(ccc)}
