ModernCV classic template has a header consisting of a title, contacts, and a photo. Originally they are bottom-alignedenter image description here:

However when I try to add a round photo, it looks ugly:

Is there a way to vertically align the center of the title, the contacts and the photo?

The header of class moderncv, consisting of a title, contacts, and a photo, is originally bottom-aligned coded by using the environments tabular and minipage with option [b]. The image misses an environment minipage, I added it in the following MWE. The hard coded [b] has to be changed to [c].

All code changes I did are marked with <======== in the following MWE. One example:

\if@left\begin{tabular}[c]{@{}r@{}}\fi%  <=========================================

shows you that I changed environment tabular[b] to tabular[c] (b stands for bottom, c for center).

The complete MWE
