The source is included in the MacTeXtras zip archive (http://tug.org/cgi-bin/mactex-download/MacTeXtras.zip), in the folder /MacTeXtras/Documentation/Sources/, which contains another zip archive, WelcomeToMacTeX.zip, with the actual source. Snippets from the first page:
