I would like add lot of comment only in magnified area, but I dont know how to do it. Could you help me please.

The \spy command is postponed until the end of the current scope (the tikzpicture in your case), because it needs to know the whole picture.

By putting the picture in a scope environment and adding the commands to write into the magnified part after it, the latter will be visible.

Replace

\begin{tikzpicture}[x=3cm, y=3cm,spy using overlaysshadow={magnification=2,connect spies}]

with

\begin{tikzpicture}[x=3cm, y=3cm]
\begin{scope}[spy using overlaysshadow={magnification=2,connect spies}]

and at the end replace

\spy[size=10cm] on (0.25,0.25) in node at (3.33,-1.66);

\node[below,ultra thick] at (3.33,-1.66) {$T_A$};
\end{tikzpicture}

with

\spy[size=10cm] on (0.25,0.25) in node at (3.33,-1.66);
