This question already has an answer here:

Will it become difficult to edit large document?
I found no settings for selective page properties where I could adjust the margins for two sided printing in Word.
Is it easy in LaTex? Is it possible?
Thanks in advance.

»Will it become difficult to edit large document?« No. »Is it easy in LaTex?« Yes. »Is it possible?« Yes. Closing as opinion-based. – Henri Menke Jul 14 '17 at 4:42
  • If you want to know how to adjust the margins, see Setting exact margins. – Henri Menke Jul 14 '17 at 4:43
  • geometry.sty is one of a nice package to adjust the margins... – MadyYuvi Jul 14 '17 at 4:51

  • The bigger the document the better it is to use LaTeX. It has no maximum limit. MS Word might crash a lot with very large document (ok, this might became better with higher versions). Margins can be set using the geometry package. – Martin Scharrer Apr 10 '18 at 13:04
