Is there a numero sign ('№') available to LaTeX?

Currently using N\textsuperscript{\underline{o}} which is typographically a little Frankensteinesque:

Apologies. \textnumero is in the comprehensive symbols list. I thought I had checked it already. It's in the textcomp package.
