# Apa6 style use of \cline for single column

I am looking for a way to apply the \cline command for a single column headline in series. The first picture indicates current state, the second one the look be achieved.

Use \cmidrule(lr) from booktabs to trim the \cmidrules at both sides (or only (r) for the first column). In addition, the rules from booktabs have some vertical padding:
