I am getting the error:

TeX capacity exceeded, sorry [parameter stack size = 120].

If I change lineA to be

\draw[name path = lineA] (A1) -- (A2) node[above]{$A$};

everything works.

FYI: I’m using TeXPad on iPad.

  • Nonetheless I would guess this is because TeX/TikZ doesn't know what (Acon) is? – Stefan Pinnow May 30 '18 at 8:21

  • Thanks for updating the code. For me this works perfectly fine using TikZ v3.0.1a both, using PDFLaTeX and using LuaLaTeX ... – Stefan Pinnow May 30 '18 at 8:34
