I need to leave the citation in the text, but I can not leave it at the end of the document because it strains the number of pages for submission of an article - all references cited in the text will be added to a website, with the same citation identifier.

Also, I'm using the multibib package, so I need only the citation references for the multibib not appear in the document.

\usepackage{multibib}
\newcites{ps}{Primary Studies}

\bibliographystyle{ieeetr}
\bibliography{references}

\bibliographystyleps{alpha}
\bibliographyps{ps}

According to the code above, I do not want the references in ps to be displayed in the document, just quoted.
