First: This is a a question similar to the one here and will (hopefully) be the last of these kind of questions from me.

How do I write a pixelated n-th root sign with a number "under" it as input in the green box? I.e., a pixelated version of the output from, say, $\sqrt[4]{81}$.

If nothing is written inside the equivalent to the bracket in, say, $\sqrt[4]{81}$ it should produce a square root (also pixelated, of course).
