# TikZ animated with rstudio, gnuplot, miktex and windows

I am trying to reproduce in Rstudio with the package Sweave (.Rnw) the script below, found in that link. However, I can not see the graphics, only the numbers and the lines. I use windows 10, miktex 2.9 and installed gnuplot. Even so, it does not work! How should I proceed?

After commenting on the line \SweaveOpts{concordance=TRUE}, I get the following .log files:

• Apart from the fact that the compiler complains about \SweaveOpts{concordance=TRUE}, everything runs fine on my TeXLive2018 distribution provided that I compile with pdflatex -shell-escape. (Note also that beamer comes with its own animation facilities, so I am not sure if I would use animate for that.) – user121799 Jul 31 '18 at 18:53
• I was not suggesting you should switch, Rather, the idea was to provide additional information such that someone can find the culprit. (But you many nevertheless want to either remove \SweaveOpts{concordance=TRUE} or provide us with the information how that macro is defined.) – user121799 Aug 3 '18 at 16:15
• I commented the line \SweaveOpts{concordance=TRUE} and compiled the code, I still get the same results! I added the .log files I get. Thank you! – fsbmat Aug 3 '18 at 17:30
