I would like to draw self contained boxes to express hierarchy? I would like to draw the following image, I know how to draw the small boxes (A,B,C) using Tikz:

\tikzstyle{block} = [rectangle, draw, text centered]
\begin{tikzpicture}[node distance = 2cm, auto]
    \node [block, thick] (init) {initialize model};
    \node [block,thick, right of=init,node distance=3cm] (system) {system};
    \draw [->, ultra thick] (init) -- (system);
\end{tikzpicture}

But I don't know how to draw the big boxes (System general & special).snapshot

in code i use tikz libraries arrows.meta (for arrows), fit (for nodes "system special" and "system general") and positioning for positioning of nodes in image.
