Hope you are fine! in this opportunity I'd like to ask you how can I put in my LaTeX document a python code, I was using, lsting, and anothers but I have an error, I appreciate your helping.

My error is something like:

  • You have to compile with pdflatex -shell-escape your-file.tex, that is, pass the option to pdflatex. – Sigur Nov 2 '18 at 16:59

  • What is your tex setup like? If you call pdflatex from command line you should be able to pdflatex -shell-escape your-file.tex and use the shell-escape option, if you are using a GUI, then I think your default options don't include that. – GrandFleet Nov 2 '18 at 18:29

Please have a look into the documentation of TeXmaker, chapter 1.2 Configuring the latex related commands:

Add the option -shell-escape in the line I marked with red arrows ...
