I'm not sure how to position the three nodes inside the other "trustee characteristics". Have tried rectangle, however I guess this is not the right approach. Also the arrow should end/begin at the outside of the "outer node". The entire figure is out of center and two wide. How can I get it centered properly?

this it what it looks like

it should more look like this

\usepackage{tikz}
\usepackage{enumitem}

  • Thanks, but actually I was looking for an option to replace the rectangular with a node which contains the other one. – quepasa Nov 30 '18 at 7:29
  • @quepasa but the shape called box is a node. Could you please try to explain in more detail what you want? – user121799 Nov 30 '18 at 14:27
