Let's consider input file:

```{#lst:code .html caption="Listing caption"}
When I use pandoc-crossref by doing:
pandoc --filter pandoc-crossref ./DOC.md -o ./doc.pdf
Output listing doesn't fit into the page and is also shifted after paragraph. I use pandoc v2.4 and pandoc-crossref v0.3.4.0 built with Pandoc v2.4
broken layout page 1 broken layout page 2
How to configure pandoc-crossref to obtain the same layout as before using pandoc-crossref, but with the caption?
For reference, this is how output PDF file looks without pandoc-crossref
proper layout page 1 proper layout page 2
