Is there a guide that explains the most used key combination and standard practices for correctly using the autocomplete functions of texstudio.

For example a comment under https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/125821/132815 says "... the canonical way for auto-completion for an environment is (after typing eqn) Ctrl+Alt+Space.

Similarly, in https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/439896/132815 it is explained how to use autocomplete in the context of putting things you already wrote inside functions and enclose the brackets appropriately automatically.

There seem to be many things where the correct way to use the autocompletion tools is highly non-obvious. Yet I had a difficult time finding any guide to these standard practices. Can someone find a guide or explain the most used "tools" here?

One specific example of a question I have: After I create an environment such as equation and I am done typing the equation there must be a keyboard only way to move the cursor past the environment so that I can continue typing. Otherwise having the \end{equation} already autocompleted does not help much. How do I do this?
