Welcome! I have the impression that your TeX installation is broken, but the issue might depend on the file name: are you using Chinese characters or spaces in the file name? – egreg Apr 16 at 15:43
  • Does it mean that the tex file lay in the Chinese characters or spaces? – Aria Apr 16 at 16:04
  • Not sure what you mean. The file can contain spaces and Chinese characters, of course. I was talking about the file name. What's it? It's difficult to interpret from the image. – egreg Apr 16 at 16:06
  • I don't think I use Chinese characters or spaces in the file name. I just use "test_zh.tex"? – Aria Apr 16 at 16:12

That means that your TeX installation is broken. – egreg Apr 16 at 17:39
