I am trying to generate a glossary (or just table of acronyms as that is all I am actually planning to use) and while they are displayed correctly in the text itself, there is nothing printed. There is a .acn file with the following content generated:

But when I run makeindex -o outline.acr outline.acn at the prompt I get:

This is makeindex, version 2.15 [MiKTeX 2.9.7000 64-bit] (kpathsea + Thai support). Scanning input file outline.acn...done (0 entries accepted, 4 rejected). Nothing written in outline.acr. Transcript written in outline.ilg.

So all of the entries are rejected and I have no idea why.

My preamble is:

\documentclass[parskip=half, DIV=15, BCOR=1cm, abstracton, bibliography=totoc, listof=totoc, version=first, 11pt]{scrreprt}
\newcommand{\zh}[2]{ \raisebox{#1}{#2}}
\usepackage{soul} %yellow marker

\usepackage[backend=biber,style=authoryear,dashed=false]{biblatex} %biblatex mit biber laden
\input{mybibformat.tex} %ausgelagerte BibliographyOptionen (z.B. Einbinden fertiger Files von Verlagen)
\addbibresource{library.bib} %Bibliographiedatei(en) laden

\clubpenalty = 10000
\widowpenalty = 10000
\displaywidowpenalty = 10000

My main text body is:

other text

\gls{ms} is a devastating demyelinating disease that affects the \gls{cns}. \gls{ms} is a devastating demyelinating disease that affects the \gls{cns}.

My acronyms in file titled glo.tex

\newacronym{ms}{MS}{Multiple Sclerosis}
\newacronym{cns}{CNS}{Central Nervous System}

Any ideas would be helpful! Thank you!
