As to be seen in the picture there is an indent because I use natbib. If I use ordinary bib instead I do not get this, but then I am not able to use citet().

  • From the screenshot it is indeed hard to guess the solution, but maybe changing \bibliographystyle{abbrvnat} to \bibliographystyle{plainnat} might help (and removing numbers from the natbib options)? – Marijn Jun 19 at 8:29
